We breed in the same fashion as the Germans in order to keep our puppies true to the breed standard - healthy, active, beautiful, intelligent, easy to train, confident and safe. All of our dogs undergo a temperament test, working ability test, conformation exam, endurance test and have their hips and elbows certified prior to breeding.
Our pups are born in our home, and our 4 yr old son begins playing with them from the 1st day they are born. Then our 1 yr old joins in when they're about 4 weeks old so by the time they leave they're well used to children. We live in the country surrounded by cornfields and well off the road so our pups spend their time playing outside and exploring the way puppies should. They're never on cement kennels which means they're very easy to housetrain, most people tell us they only have 1 or 2 accidents before they catch on.
Our pups are fed a high quality food free of chemical additives and allergen triggers and are never exposed to cleaning chemicals or lawn pesticides.
